This week in UX design we learned about the meaning of UX which means User Experience. The common 5 deliverables of the UX design process will be listed below with a brief description of the benefits of each and how they help enhance the user design process:
- User Personas – is a fictional representation of your user and what they like. This helps people focus on making sure the website is well created for the user.
This enhances by giving people a consistent person to follow
- Storyboards-Storyboards illustrations are pictures to show your user doing tasks – inspired by the movie industry.
This can enhance the creativity between people in groups.
- Customer Journey Maps- Tracks the customers experience while they are using the product and completing tasks.
Allows for a better understanding of the lime and dislikes some might face.
- Brainstorming – Brainstorming is the method through which a group of designers generate ideas for addressing the difficulties and possibilities uncovered during the user research phase.
This like storyboards can enhance the creativity between people in groups.
- Area User Flow- Breaks down the actions the user takes to complete a task or goal .They are used to communicate the user’s need to the team, including developers and product owners.
This allows for quick bug fixes and altercations to the app to make the user happier.
